the evening, our venue is designed to help your event feel seamless, welcoming,

provide a welcoming space where families, friends, couples, and communities can
gather for life’s most meaningful moments.

When you host your event at Grace Events, you are doing more
than reserving a beautiful space. You are helping support the ministries and
community outreach of our nonprofit church. All proceeds from Grace Events are
reinvested into ministry, facility care, and programs that serve local
families.

Celebrate With Us

Simple Booking Process

1.     Request
your preferred date and event type.

2. Schedule
a venue tour or phone consultation.

3.     Receive
a custom quote based on your room selection, guest count, timing, and add-ons.

4.     Sign
the rental agreement.

5.     Pay
the required deposit to reserve your event date.

6.     Submit
final event details, vendor information, layout needs, and required documents
before the event.

What Comes in Our Packages

      Tables and Chairs: Tables and chairs are
included for your guests. We offer 60-inch round tables, 8-foot rectangle
tables, a few 6-foot rectangle tables, and pub-style tables.

Set Up: Our team helps prepare the space
so your event starts beautifully.

Setup and Cleanup Time: Standard event
rentals (5 + hours) include the listed event time, plus 1 hour of setup time before the
event and 30 minutes of cleanup time after the event. 

 Kids’ Area: A special area for kids is
available for family-friendly events when approved and included in the event
layout. Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult
at all times and are responsible for cleaning up the area and leaving it as you
found it

·Deposit to Reserve: A deposit to reserve is
required to hold the venue and is applied toward the total rental balance.

Additional Features: 

Speakers and microphones and large TV for pictures with Bluetooth
connection available on request

   Special area available for kids during approved
family-friendly events

Alcohol service may be approved as an add-on and
may require a licensed bartender, event insurance with liquor liability, and
security.

    Large parking lot for guest convenience
